Within the scope of the 3-4 year Bachelor@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of a technical department, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the bachelor study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between three and four years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your bachelor's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination.

You will also write your bachelor's thesis in collaboration with your department. For our Bachelor@IBM program, we are looking for a highly motivated Bachelor student to join our Storage Sales team. What can you expect from this position? As a Bachelor@IBM Storage Sales Support, you will be part of IBM’s Technology Storage organization, supporting our Go‑To‑Market strategy for both direct and indirect sales of IBM Storage solutions.

You will gain hands‑on exposure to enterprise storage technologies, including data resilience, hybrid cloud storage, cyber‑resilience, and modern data management solutions including AI Solutions. Working closely with Sales, Technical Sales, and Business Partners, you will help shape and execute sales strategies for the Swiss market and help to animate the Swiss market with Events and Marketing activities. Your role will also involve engaging with clients to support IBM sales teams in developing compelling value propositions, aligned with customer business needs, technical requirements. This position offers a unique opportunity to understand how storage solutions enable mission‑critical workloads and business continuity for our customers. What you bring: * Strong intellectual curiosity with a hands‑on, proactive mindset * Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team * Interest in enterprise IT infrastructure and how storage technologies create business value * Basic understanding of today’s IT landscape, industry standards, and business challenges * Good communication, teamwork, and presentation skills * Fluent in German and English This job is only for candidates who are planning to enroll or are already enrolled in a bachelor study and and have at least 2 years of study remaining (at a Swiss university/university of applied sciences, study course of your choice).
