We are looking for a Support Mainframe (Z) Server infrastructure specialist that will have the following responsibilities: Support user requirement discussion, analysis, design, and documentation with Data Center users of industry. Participate implement, testing, deploying, training and maintaining Software tools for IBM mainframe. Works effectively and efficiently under time constraints and high pressure environments, ensuring customer satisfaction Ensure troubleshooting, problem replication, duplication and diagnostic support Extend the area of support from the application to the environment, operating system, database and network Handle client’s inquiries and resolve client technical issues. Providing regular status reports and updates. • Mainframe Technology Exposure: Exposure to mainframe products and technology, including design, implementation, and customization in a project services setting. • Project Services Delivery Experience: Experience working with project services, including time-bound projects for existing managed services clients or standalone services, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to meet client requirements. • Customization and Implementation Skills: Exposure to customizing mainframe environments to meet specific client needs, applying knowledge of mainframe technology and products to create tailored solutions. • Client Interaction Experience: Experience interacting with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, providing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. • Technical Expertise Application: Exposure to applying technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs in a mainframe environment. • Mainframe Product Knowledge: Exposure to various mainframe products and technologies, including design, implementation, and customization in a project services setting, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. • Project Services Acumen: Experience working with project services, including time-bound projects for existing managed services clients or standalone services, to understand client requirements and preferences. • Technical Solution Design: Exposure to designing and implementing technical solutions in a mainframe environment, applying knowledge of mainframe technology and products to create tailored solutions that align with client needs.
