Assign work to general practitioners and review of their subsequent tasks for quality and accuracy 2. Process employee transactions such as transfers, department changes, and organizational changes for managers and above in the client systems 3. Perform QA reviews to validate accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy of requests 4. Coach and mentor the general practitioners 5. Create, update, and review process documentation, reports, and job aids used for HR data management 6. Collaborate with client stakeholders for process reviews, change management and reporting mechanisms 7. Generate standard, recurring, and ad hoc reports for client users as per SLA 8. Generate monthly and quarterly business review decks as per client process and requirements 9. Collaboration between various client stakeholders to ensure accurate, employee life cycle activities are resolved with SLA 10. Lead monthly compliance testing to ensure adherence to business control requirements Secondary Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with IBM and client standards, policies, and procedures 2. Provide required data to Internal Business Controls teams 3. Implement and follow internal control measures Required Professional and Technical Expertise: 1. Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in Human Resources 2. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken 3. Exposure to AI tools either personally or professionally. 4. Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS OƯice Suite 5. Amenable to working in shifting and/or night schedules 6. Ability to handle confidential employee data with accuracy and discretion 7.
