Monitor KPIs of services running in AWS GovCloud. Author and maintain documentation of deployment and monitoring processes. Use runbooks to troubleshoot and triage production issues. Detect issues and handle Tier 1 troubleshooting and serve as “remote hands” for Tier 2-3 issue resolution. Participate in on-call rotation. Perform maintenance of the platform (patching, resets, upgrades, etc.) Experience with distributed Linux/Unix environment Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) Familiarity with bash, python, or other scripting languages Familiarity with observability (e.g. Prometheus) Familiarity with cloud provider services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform United States Infrastructure & Technology Hybrid Professional Bellevue, US
