As a Package Specialist: SAP HANA SCM PP, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing based Production Planning (PP) solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design and develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include

• Design and Develop Solutions: Design, develop, test, and implement SAP S/4HANA PP solutions that meet business needs, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Technical Documentation and Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support solution delivery and ongoing system maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP S/4HANA PP, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security in SAP HANA systems.
• Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and stay up-to-date with new features and functionalities in SAP S/4HANA PP.
• Solution Maintenance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in SAP HANA systems, maintaining the overall health and performance of the SAP S/4HANA PP solution. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience as an SAP PP functional consultant, preferably in support or AMS
• Solid understanding of SAP PP processes (MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, Capacity Planning)
• Experience in issue analysis using SAP tools such as ST22, SM37, and transaction tracing
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Solution Manager)
• Knowledge of integration points between PP and other SAP modules
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with business users
• SAP PP certification is a plus
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps
• Basic knowledge of batch management and serial number management
• Understanding of manufacturing processes in regulated or high‑volume environments
• Experience working in a ticket‑based support model and meeting SLAs
