As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation, you will help clients develop strategies that create and sustain competitive advantages.

You will identify the necessary strategic capabilities and assess client performance gaps to drive comprehensive transformation recommendations.

Your primary responsibilities will include

• Develop Transformation Strategies: Develop comprehensive transformation recommendations addressing financial consolidation, close and reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting, and financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management.
• Optimize Financial Processes: Help clients optimize financial consolidation, close and reporting processes, including chart of accounts design and configuration, and accelerate close processes.
• Support Planning and Budgeting: Assist with planning, budgeting & forecasting strategies, including Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) package evaluation, selection, and design.
• Drive Business Intelligence: Support financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management initiatives, such as financial and non-financial KPI rationalization, balanced scorecard design, and executive dashboard development.
• Assess Client Performance: Identify the necessary strategic capabilities and assess client performance gaps to inform transformation recommendations.
• Deep Expertise in Finance Transformation: Proven experience in developing comprehensive transformation recommendations for finance functions, including financial consolidation, close and reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting, and financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management.
• Experience with Financial Process Optimization: Demonstrated ability to optimize financial consolidation, close and reporting processes, including chart of accounts design and configuration, and accelerate close processes for clients.
• Enterprise Performance Management Expertise: Experience in evaluating, selecting, and designing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) packages to support planning, budgeting & forecasting strategies.
• Business Intelligence and Analytics Experience: Proven experience in supporting financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management initiatives, such as financial and non-financial KPI rationalization, balanced scorecard design, and executive dashboard development.
• Strategic Capability Assessment: Deep expertise in identifying necessary strategic capabilities and assessing client performance gaps to inform transformation recommendations.
• EPM Package Evaluation: Experience with evaluating, selecting, and designing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) packages to support planning, budgeting & forecasting strategies, including assessment of client needs and vendor offerings.
• Financial KPI Rationalization: Proven experience in rationalizing financial and non-financial KPIs, designing balanced scorecards, and developing executive dashboards to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Chart of Accounts Design: Deep expertise in designing and configuring charts of accounts to optimize financial consolidation, close and reporting processes, and accelerate close processes for clients.
