As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HR, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP HR module.
You will utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Lead Implementation Planning: Develop and execute implementation plans for SAP HR module, ensuring seamless integration with the client's business environment.
- Conduct Fit Analysis: Analyze client requirements and identify the best-fit solution for their HR needs, configuring the SAP HR module to meet their specific needs.
- Resolve Configuration Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support to clients after implementation, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring continued system optimization.
- Optimize HR Processes: Collaborate with clients to optimize their HR processes, improving employee engagement and increasing operational efficiency.
- SAP HR Module Expertise: Experience with SAP HR module, including personnel administration, recruitment, organizational management, personnel development, health and safety, and training & events.
- Packaged Solution Integration: Experience with integrating packaged technology into clients' business environments to achieve expected business results.
- Consulting Skills: Experience with consulting skills, including implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
- HR Process Optimization: Experience with optimizing HR processes to improve employee engagement and increase operational efficiency.
- Configuration and Troubleshooting: Experience with resolving configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules.
- SAP HR Module Knowledge: Experience with SAP HR module components beyond personnel administration, recruitment, organizational management, personnel development, health and safety, and training & events is beneficial.
- Additional Packaged Solution Expertise: Familiarity with other packaged solutions related to HR processes and their integration into client business environments can be advantageous.
