As a Complex Transaction Pricing Specialist for Enterprise (Mainframe)/Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) and zSW deals, you will serve as the financial focal point, working closely with Sales to structure agreements. Your expertise will help identify and resolve non-pricing issues, including legal, accounting, and fulfillment concerns.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Lead Deal Structuring: Collaborate with Sales to develop and structure Enterprise (Mainframe)/ELA deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Identify and Solution Non-Pricing Issues: Analyze and resolve non-pricing issues, such as legal, accounting, and fulfillment concerns, to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Client-Facing Support: Provide expert financial guidance and support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Legal, and Accounting, to ensure cohesive deal structuring and issue resolution.
- Enterprise Deal Structuring Experience: Experience with structuring Enterprise (Mainframe)/Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) and zSW deals , including collaborating with Sales to develop agreements that meet client needs and business objectives.
- Non-Pricing Issue Resolution: Experience in identifying and resolving non-pricing issues, such as legal, accounting, and fulfillment concerns, to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Client-Facing Financial Expertise: Experience providing expert financial guidance and support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with various teams, including Sales, Legal, and Accounting, to ensure cohesive deal structuring and issue resolution.
