We are looking for a Senior Data & Automation Analyst to lead the evolution of our Process Navigator ecosystem, operating at the intersection of data, automation, and process optimization. This role requires a highly analytical and hands-on professional who can design scalable solutions, influence stakeholders, and drive digital transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency and business value creation. Lead the design, evolution, and governance of the Process Navigator ecosystem (Confluence + JavaScript) Architect, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) Act as a technical reference in the migration from on-premise to cloud environments Design and implement automation solutions using Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI/agent-based tools Develop executive dashboards and analytical models to support strategic decision-making Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process redesign within the EPMO framework Define and evolve data standards, schemas, templates, and workflow rules Identify efficiency opportunities and lead high-impact deliveries (quick wins and long-term initiatives) Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across all implemented solutions Strong experience in data engineering and analytics (advanced SQL and/or Python) Solid background in data pipeline architecture and development (ETL/ELT) Advanced experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, dashboard design) Hands-on experience with process automation tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar) Proficiency in JavaScript for customization and integrations Experience in data modeling and defining business KPIs/metrics Familiarity with cloud computing and migration projects (on-prem → cloud) Strong experience in process design, BPM, and workflow optimization Experience with system integrations and APIs Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) Background in PMO/EPMO environments Exposure to applied AI (copilots, agents, intelligent automation) Knowledge of data governance and DataOps/MLOps practices Relevant certifications in cloud, data, or BI Mexico Data & Analytics Hybrid Professional GUADALAJARA, MX
