As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader for Oracle, you will drive growth and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of Oracle solutions for clients.
You will shape and execute account strategies, lead complex pursuits, and ensure delivery excellence, partnering closely with client stakeholders and IBM cross-functional teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximize Oracle's revenue and profitability in assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery of Oracle's products and services. Delivery Leadership & Governance: Provide leadership oversight to ensure delivery quality and delivery success across programs, driving disciplined execution, risk management, and stakeholder transparency. Client Satisfaction & Long-Term Partnership: Maintain high client satisfaction through strong executive engagement, trusted advisory, and consistent delivery outcomes.
- People Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, setting direction, coaching leaders, driving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Deep Expertise in Oracle ERP Enterprise Solutions: Demonstrated depth in selling and delivering Oracle ERP solutions at enterprise scale, with a strong understanding of Oracle’s broader portfolio, ecosystem, and integration landscape. Revenue Growth & Account Expansion Leadership: Proven capability to design and execute revenue growth and profitability strategies across complex accounts, balancing commercial outcomes with long‑term client satisfaction and relationship strength. Senior program / Project leadership experience: Has at least 15+ years of experience as a Project Executive, Senior Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager, leading large‑scale, mission‑critical ERP transformations in complex enterprise environments End‑to‑End Oracle ERP Delivery Track Record: Strong track record of leading multiple full‑cycle Oracle ERP implementations, from solution initiation and design through build, go‑live, and post‑implementation stabilization. Presales & Deal Shaping Exposure: Hands‑on experience across the presales lifecycle, including client discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, etc. People & Organizational Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing delivery and solution teams, including coaching managers and senior leads, setting clear objectives, driving execution discipline, and building high levels of team engagement and performance at scale.
- Industry Exposure: Industry experience is a strong plus, particularly within retail and healthcare/hospital sectors, with understanding of industry‑specific operating models, regulatory considerations, and enterprise ERP transformation challenges.
