As a Client Experience Marketing Event Strategist, you will partner across various teams to design and deliver events that connect audiences to IBM's innovation, driving engagement into measurable business outcomes. You will balance strategic thinking, flawless operational management, and a passion for delivering exceptional attendee experiences to drive IBM growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Event Strategies: Partner with demand generation, field marketing, and partner acceleration teams to define event objectives, target audiences, and success metrics that align to business goals. • Design Client Journeys: Develop integrated event experiences, including branding, content, and engagement strategies, focused on capturing and converting client interest into pipeline and revenue. • Execute Events: Manage all end-to-end event processes and tools, ensuring alignment with IBM's standards for audit, legal, and financial compliance. • Optimize Performance: Maintain a relentless focus on post-event performance, leveraging a robust Response Lead Management (RLM) plan to ensure consistent pre- and post-event follow-up across field and sales teams. • Analyze Results: Analyze event results, extract performance insights, and apply data-driven learnings to enhance future event strategy and impact. • Event Strategy Development: Exposure to developing event strategies that drive business outcomes, including defining event objectives, target audiences, and success metrics. • Integrated Event Experience: Experience working with branding, content, and engagement strategies to create integrated event experiences that capture and convert client interest. • Event Process Management: Exposure to managing end-to-end event processes and tools, ensuring alignment with organizational standards for audit, legal, and financial compliance. • Performance Analysis: Experience working with data analysis to extract performance insights and apply data-driven learnings to enhance future event strategy and impact. • Response Lead Management: Exposure to leveraging Response Lead Management (RLM) plans to ensure consistent pre- and post-event follow-up across teams. • Event Technology Platforms: Exposure to utilizing event technology platforms to streamline event processes, enhance attendee experiences, and drive business outcomes. • Data Analysis Tools: Experience working with data analysis tools to extract performance insights, track key metrics, and inform future event strategies. • Marketing Automation Systems: Exposure to leveraging marketing automation systems to optimize event promotion, registration, and follow-up processes.
