As a Pipeline & Revenue Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that strengthen market awareness, generate demand, increase pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Ecosystem, Select and Partner organizations to align growth initiatives / campaigns with strategic business objectives.
Lead the global brand portfolio marketing strategy and communications drumbeat - brand templates, brand positioning, and market presence of Expert Labs Ecosystem & Select (w3, Seismic, IBM.com, Newsletters, Social Meda, events, etc.) Align campaigns and communications priorities with Expert Labs Brand Sales & GTM teams, and Ecosystem / Select activities (i.e. Competitive Takeouts, IBM/Partner Solutions, End of Life (EOL), End of Service (EOS), etc) Build and drive demand via digital marketing campaigns, using AI to drive efficiencies working in close collaboration with WW and Geo Expert Labs Leaders and business partners with specific focus on IBM Ecosystem, Select Horizon, and Select Territory Ensures Expert Labs Ecosystem / Select programs are clearly differentiated, easy to understand, and consistent globally Responsible for connecting offering strategy, GTM execution, ecosystem engagement, and brand storytelling to drive awareness, demand, and credibility at scale Strong hands-on experience in B2B Marketing, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Development, or Growth Programs. Experience developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels. Experience supporting pipeline growth, lead generation, revenue acceleration, or market expansion initiatives. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Ecosystem, or Partner organizations. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing executive-level and customer-facing content. Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimize business outcomes. Experience leveraging digital marketing channels, content marketing, webinars, events, social media, or partner marketing programs. Experience operating in a global or multi-country business environment. Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, Cloud, Professional Services, or Consulting organizations. Experience supporting Partner Ecosystem, Channel, Alliance, or Co-Sell programs. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent. Experience leveraging AI-enabled marketing tools, content generation platforms, or digital campaign optimization solutions. Experience with pipeline analytics, funnel management, lead scoring, or revenue performance reporting. Experience supporting marketplace, ecosystem, or partner-led growth initiatives.
