As a Selection Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end experience for standard and niche roles, leveraging your expertise to drive hiring success.
You will serve as a subject matter expert in a specific domain, industry, or function, dedicated to creating and expanding diverse candidate pipelines.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Sourcing and Screening: Source top talent through various channels, screen candidates to identify top matches, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on hiring strategies, and ensure seamless execution.
