As a Junior SAP Support Consultant (FI/CO), you will play a key role in ensuring system stability and supporting daily business operations.
You will work closely with experienced team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
You will: • Support L2 incidents and service requests within SAP FI and CO • Perform basic configuration changes and data corrections • Assist with job scheduling and SAP transport management activities • Investigate and troubleshoot issues with guidance from senior team members • Collaborate with ABAP and other SAP teams for system and process improvements • Participate in testing, deployments, and release activities • Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders • Experience or exposure in SAP FI (e.g. asset accounting) and/or CO (e.g. CATS time submission) • Exposure to SAP AMS / support (L2) or similar operational environment • Basic knowledge of SAP concepts such as ABAP / SAP Forms / IDOC (at an understanding level), job scheduling, transport management (e.g. Solman), and SAP standard queries • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (written and spoken) • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies • ITIL Foundation or understanding of ITSM processes • Experience with month-end / year-end financial processes • Comfortable using German in a professional work environment • Exposure to S/4HANA The above requirements are a guideline.
