As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Warehouse & Logistics, you will optimize and streamline warehouse and logistics operations to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics principles, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive successful transformation projects. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Analyze Current Processes: Analyze existing warehouse and logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, ensuring a thorough understanding of the current state and opportunities for optimization. * Implement Innovative Solutions: Design and implement innovative solutions to address identified inefficiencies, leveraging supply chain and logistics expertise to drive productivity gains, cost reductions, and improved customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with Stakeholders: Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful transformation projects, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to drive project goals and objectives. * Drive Transformation Projects: Lead transformation projects to achieve desired business outcomes, ensuring timely and effective implementation of solutions to meet customer expectations and maintain a competitive edge. Familiarity with warehouse management technologies such as Manhattan Active, WMOS, WMi, Blue Yonder, and SAP EWM is highly valued. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and drive transformation initiatives. * Transformation Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes and measurable impact. * Supply Chain Optimization Knowledge: Experience with advanced supply chain and logistics concepts, including warehouse management systems and transportation management systems, to drive optimization efforts. * Data Analysis Tools Familiarity: Exposure to data analysis tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control and predictive analytics, to support data-driven decision-making. * Industry Benchmarking Awareness: Experience with industry benchmarking and best practices in warehouse and logistics operations to inform transformation initiatives.
