About Design Team of IBM Consulting Taiwan At IBM Design Team, we combine craft, technology, and product thinking to create thoughtful digital products and experiences at scale.
As a centralized team working across clients and industries, we help organizations identify new opportunities, define experience strategies, and design solutions that respond to complex user, business, and technical needs. Much of our work happens in fast-evolving environments, where ambiguity is part of the process and speed matters as much as precision. We collaborate closely with engineers, system analysts, and stakeholders across organizations to bring ideas from concept to execution—always balancing innovation, usability, and quality in the experiences we create. Design end-to-end digital experiences through user flows, wireframes, visual design mockups, and interactive prototypes. Work with cross-functional teams and clients to turn user, business, and technical requirements into clear experience strategies and effective design solutions. Conduct user research and apply insights to guide design decisions across discovery, concept development, and delivery. Lead or contribute to client presentations and workshops, creating compelling design artifacts to communicate concepts and articulate design rationale persuasively.
