Senior DevOps Engineer

The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for enabling reliable, secure, and scalable application delivery through automation, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native DevOps practices. This role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and supporting container platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes across multi‑cloud environments. The position plays a key role in improving operational efficiency, platform stability, and observability. Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support application build, test, and deployment processes Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform across cloud and on‑prem environments Develop and maintain configuration management and automation using Ansible Perform advanced system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in Linux environments Develop automation frameworks and operational tooling using Shell/Bash scripting Support deployment, operations, and lifecycle management of applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability frameworks for Kubernetes/OpenShift environments Work across IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP to integrate DevOps and infrastructure workflows Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and compliance of DevOps platforms Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enforce DevOps best practices Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives • Strong experience in DevOps engineering or related roles Expert-level knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation Strong hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management Advanced proficiency in Linux systems administration Expert-level skills in Shell/Bash scripting Strong understanding of OpenShift and Kubernetes architecture and operations Experience developing or maintaining monitoring and alerting solutions for Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms Solid understanding of cloud environments, including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP Knowledge of CI/CD tools, GitOps practices, and DevOps methodologies • Experience designing enterprise-scale CI/CD and GitOps frameworks Exposure to security and compliance practices in cloud and container platforms Experience supporting production-grade Kubernetes/OpenShift environments Familiarity with incident management, SRE practices, and reliability engineering Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools India Project Management Hybrid Professional Multiple Cities
