As a Product Sales SME for Automation Platform - Infra Delivery Automation, you will utilize your deep knowledge and experience with IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products to drive sales efforts. Your expertise will cover a range of products, including Trusteer Fraud Protection, Verify, Verify Governance, Verify Identity Protection, Verify Privilege, AI for Networking, Edge Application Manager, Hybrid Cloud Mesh, Hybrid Cloud Network Automation, NS1, Rapid Network Automation, and SevOne. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Deliver Product Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products to support sales initiatives, leveraging your experience with the products to address client needs and drive sales growth. • Support Solution Delivery: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, utilizing your product expertise to ensure successful implementation and integration of IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products. • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and features of IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products, applying this knowledge to support sales efforts and drive business growth. • Apply Sales Methodologies: Utilize established sales methodologies to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and execute sales plans, focusing on delivering value to clients through IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products. • Exposure to IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products: Deep knowledge and experience with IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products, including Trusteer Fraud Protection, Verify, Verify Governance, Verify Identity Protection, Verify Privilege, AI for Networking, Edge Application Manager, Hybrid Cloud Mesh, Hybrid Cloud Network Automation, NS1, Rapid Network Automation, and SevOne. • Experience working with sales initiatives: Ability to leverage product expertise to address client needs and drive sales growth, supporting sales teams with in-depth knowledge of IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products. • Familiarity with solution delivery: Experience collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring successful implementation and integration of IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products. • Understanding of sales methodologies: Exposure to established sales methodologies, including identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies, and executing sales plans to deliver value to clients through IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products. • Knowledge of product development: Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and features of IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation products, applying this knowledge to support sales efforts and drive business growth. • Additional IBM Product Knowledge: Exposure to other IBM products and services, including those related to automation, security, and cloud computing, can be beneficial in this role. • Industry-Specific Experience: Experience working with clients in industries that heavily rely on infrastructure delivery automation, such as finance or healthcare, can be advantageous. • Advanced Sales Training: Completion of advanced sales training programs or certifications, such as those focused on solution selling or consultative selling, can be valuable in this position.
