As a WW Partner Programs Lead, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and evolving the programs that support the Expert Labs Partner Ecosystem & Select globally.
You will drive initiatives that improve Ecosystem Partner, Select Territory, and Select Horizon engagement, increase adoption of services, strengthen teaming models, and accelerate ecosystem growth.
Define strategy, roadmap and proposals for Partner Plus incentives / benefit Expert Labs inclusion Increase partner utilization of Expert Labs Services and vice versa through next generation of teaming mechanisms (i.e. CoEaaS, Ecosystem Persona Select Horizon & Select Territory Growth initiative, Adopt a Partner Program, Lead Passing Program, etc) Integrate and optimize digital velocity experiences across all motions working in close collaboration with internal cross-functional team members. Develop next generation of innovative teaming frameworks. Lead and optimize Partner sales & delivery experience via quarterly business reviews with teams to understand the impact / success of the programs. Increase awareness across IBM Ecosystem Service top GSIs and IBM Consulting Alliances to drive more inclusion and co-solutioning working with Geo team members. Drive high-volume partner engagement with Expert Labs. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally. Special projects as assigned. Strong, hands-on experience in partner programs, alliance management, channel strategy, ecosystem development, or partner operations, with a demonstrated ability to drive impact and results. Experience designing, launching, scaling, and optimizing partner programs. Experience developing partner incentives, engagement models, enablement frameworks, or deal registration programs. Experience managing executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Delivery organizations. Strong business case development, program governance, and performance measurement skills. Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs), hyperscalers, strategic alliances, or large partner ecosystems. Experience operating in a global matrix organization and influencing executive-level decisions. Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives. Global partner program ownership experience. Experience managing partner program budgets and investment planning. Experience with Partner Relationship Management platforms. Experience designing partner segmentation, tiering, or accreditation frameworks. Experience supporting SaaS, Cloud, Consulting Services, or Technology organizations.
