As a Package Consultant specializing in Pega, you will implement and support Pega PRPC-based solutions for managing CRM, primarily through contact center desktop or Business Process Management (BPM) services.
You will utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment, achieving expected business results.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Lead Solution Delivery: Manage and deliver Pega-based solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with their business environment and achieving desired business outcomes.
- Provide Project Support: Offer support during various project phases, including vision and strategy, architecture, and development, leveraging hands-on experience with Pega Solution Frameworks for Financial Services.
- Develop Client Solutions: Utilize consulting skills and business knowledge to design and implement tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and preferences, providing expert guidance and support throughout the solution delivery process.
- Implement Pega Frameworks: Apply hands-on experience with Pega Solution Frameworks, such as NBB, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute, to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
- Pega PRPC-Based Solution Implementation: Experience with implementing and supporting Pega PRPC-based solutions for managing CRM, primarily through contact center desktop or Business Process Management (BPM) services.
- Packaged Solution Expertise: Experience in utilizing consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
- Pega Solution Frameworks: Experience with Pega Solution Frameworks for Financial Services, including NBB, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute, with hands-on experience in applying these frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Project Phase Support: Experience in providing support during various project phases, including vision and strategy, architecture, and development.
- Consulting Skills Application: Experience in utilizing consulting skills and business knowledge to design and implement tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs and expectations.
- Pega BPM Knowledge: Experience with Pega Business Process Management (BPM) services, including implementation and support of Pega PRPC-based solutions for managing CRM.
- Financial Services Acumen: Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of Pega Solution Frameworks such as NBB, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute.
