We're looking for an architect focused on Microsoft solutions with technical and sales skills to accelerate the existing pipeline for focus accounts and work with demand generation to develop white-space customers by speaking at events and designing solutions to meet customer needs. Focus on accounts to accelerate existing opportunities and develop white space through thought leadership, event presence, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with sales and account teams to qualify, shape, and accelerate pipeline in focus accounts, acting as the technical authority in customer engagements. Lead solution design workshops and architecture sessions to map customer needs to Microsoft Azure capabilities. Drive demand generation through white space analysis, identifying and developing net-new opportunities in strategic accounts. Act as a thought leader and speaker at industry events, customer briefings, and Microsoft partner forums. Build and present compelling solution proposals and business cases that connect technical architecture to customer outcomes. Collaborate with Microsoft field teams and alliance partners to co-sell and co-design differentiated solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor and technical stakeholder across multiple industries. Microsoft Azure certifications across two or more domains: Infrastructure, Application Development, or Data & AI. Hands-on experience with application development practices: squad/agile models, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency with Azure pricing and sizing (Azure Calculator, TCO/ROI modeling for customer proposals). Proven ability to engage executive and technical audiences in consultative sales conversations. Experience working in or alongside a consulting or professional services environment. Bachelor’s degree completed. Alliance & Partner Ecosystem: Experience operating within Microsoft partner programs and leveraging partner capabilities to build differentiated value propositions. Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of market trends and industry-specific challenges, enabling the design of solutions with measurable business impact. Digital Transformation: Track record of leading or contributing to digital transformation initiatives — cloud migration, modernization, intelligent automation — for enterprise clients.
