We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - CRM.
Principal responsibilities
Customer/ Stakeholder
- Partner with multiple product stakeholders to deliver campaigns.
- Build a strong understanding of the business domain, strategy, functional priorities, and required technical capabilities.
- Drive innovation individually and within the team to deliver incremental business value.
- Maintain an appropriate level of business and product knowledge.
Campaign and Project Delivery
- Translate business needs into actionable insights, functional and technical requirements, and detailed implementation plan.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes through effective planning, stakeholder management, and quality controls.
- Demonstrate strong productivity and reliable delivery.
- Contribute to measurable team process improvement goals.
Process Efficiency and Controls
- Produce cost-effective code and well-governed documentation; automate repetitive steps to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
- Implement QA/ QC controls to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Understand relevant policies and standards, and support leadership in applying them through practical governance for campaign delivery and/or tooling development.

Requirements
Work experience and education requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Hands-on experience in CRM, data analytics, AI/ Automation or software engineering.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related quantitative fields.
- Knowledge of financial services/ banking operations is an advantage.
Technical requirements
- Proven experience in one or both tracks (preferred):
- Campaign Development: Strong Python and SQL (required). Knowledge of PEGA, AEM and SFMC is a plus.
- AI, Automation and Software Development: Strong AI/ Machine Learning/ Java/ JavaScript/ TypeScript/ Python (required). Knowledge of backend framework (e.g. Spring Boot and FastAPI), frontend development (e.g. React, HTML and CSS), database knowledge (e.g. Google BigQuery, MariaDB and SQLite), and RESTful API development is a plus.
- Strong analytical capability with solid business analysis skills. Cloud knowledge (e.g. GCP, AWS) is a plus.
Soft Skills requirements
- Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal skills and a result-driven mindset.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), able to explain complex ideas clearly and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid delivery and management skills. PMP, project management, or team management experience is a plus.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
