We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Personal Banking Executive, Premier Relationship - Contact Centre and Remote Channel.
In this role you will:
- Provide quality services and resolve our top tier customers’ queries efficiently using insights from our innovative technology and solutions
- Work closely with our top tier customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial services and solutions
- Achieve individual performance expectation, develop your career with a clear progression path
- Benefit from extensive training, learning opportunities, support from your peers and managers and exposure to a wide variety of financial products, services and technologies
To be successful you will need:
- A holder of High Diploma, equivalent or above
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English
- Banking experience is not essential. We will provide comprehensive training to help you progress in your career and gain your professional licensing qualifications
- Candidate with customer service experience, and a license holder of HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1, 2, 3, will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role
- Fresh graduates are welcome
