Transformation Project Manager (f/m/d)

The role holder will be based in Paris. Manage responsibilities, objectives and task allocations for your projects to ensure individuals are being allocated in accordance with their skills. Work in close cooperation with global and regional value streams. Coordinate, prioritize and document requirements. Or experience of managing cross-functional and international workstreams? What you will do: Plan, mobilise and lead projects of high complexity and scale from definition to closure Perform Analysis with business/ functions to define operational solutions/ models Manage change (analysis and implementation) in a sustainable way and monitor benefits. Fluent English required, French appreciated Strong organisational and analytical skills Strong drive to deliver efficient and sustainable outcomes Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles Degree of higher education Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince 2 or Agile PM) - Optional Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt - Optional
