This Structuring Director role sits within Global Markets and is focused on transaction management and execution across structured deals. You’ll shape transaction terms, create marketing materials, secure internal approvals and coordinate documentation through to pricing, execution and settlement. Acting as a product expert, you’ll provide technical expertise and education to marketing teams and clients, supporting client conversations with structured solutions. The role operates in a closely controlled environment where disciplined risk management, fair customer outcomes and market integrity matter every day. Success means high-quality execution, clear alignment across Sales, Trading and control functions and structured ideas that fit the bank’s risk appetite and client needs.
