Credit & Capital Management (C&CM) under Corporate and Institutional Banking are in the process of implementing a new, modern, and consistent end-to-end operating model. A key component of this operating model is the introduction of a first line credit management office, the Business Credit Office (BCO), creating a single client-facing, customer service-oriented control point for all Credit and Lending (C&L) tasks. These responsibilities include structuring, credit analysis and rating recommendations, client credit monitoring tasks, credit terms and document negotiation.
Taking on the role of BCO Manager with our Corporate Real Estate team, you will provide credit management support to the Relationship Managers (RMs) / Coverage Real Estate team, facilitating client review and renewal activities. You will also have responsibility for carrying out customer outreach, research, and both financial and credit analysis on behalf of the Relationship Managers, ensuring exemplary risk management acumen and control standards are embedded within the end-to-end Credit & Lending process. This function is client-facing and customer service orientated.
While corporate real estate / property finance experience is preferable, if you have solid corporate and institutional lending /credit experience and a genuine interest in applying these skills in the corporate real estate finance sector, please don’t hesitate to apply.
