Principal responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Business Development Managers to deliver broker channel business goals and activity KPIs.
• Manage and grow relationships with key/strategic brokers
• Execute broker sales/marketing initiatives and provide market and competitor insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee broker support on enquiries and application processing; handle escalations and improve service quality.
• Deliver ongoing broker training (product, positioning, objection handling, sales process).
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines; maintain strong governance and controls.
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree in Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ relevant experience (insurance distribution/broker management preferred); HNW/private banking exposure an advantage.
• Proven leadership/coaching capability with strong commercial acumen.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Putonghua is an advantage.
