We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a AVP, Business Execution.
In this role you will:
- Lead delivery of the People & Culture agenda, driving key initiatives and forums while keeping stakeholders and the leadership team aligned on priorities, progress, and decisions
- End-to-end coordination of leadership townhalls, offsites, and employee events, recognition initiatives, covering planning through execution (agenda design, content curation, presentation development, and logistics management)
- Deliver employee engagement and recognition programmes, ensuring clear communications, strong stakeholder management, and seamless event-day coordination
- Develop senior leadership communications, shaping “tone from the top” messaging and ensuring consistent, high-impact narratives across channels
- Own external award submissions for IWPB, managing timelines, drafting content, coordinating inputs, and overseeing submission quality end-to-end
- Manage the annual Employee Snapshot process, partnering closely with business and leadership teams to interpret results, produce insights, and track action plans
- Partner with the HR to manage the Graduate and Summer Analyst programmes, including programme design, cohort experience, and rotation planning/management
- Provide agile governance and coordination support across recurring and ad-hoc requests, preparing meeting materials, tracking actions, and managing stakeholder communications in collaboration with business teams
To be successful you will need:
- People & Culture expertise: Strong understanding of People & Culture practices, with the ability to shape and clearly articulate People & Culture strategy and execute initiatives with measurable outcomes. Proven corporate event planning and delivery experience is essential
- High-impact communications and ability to work autonomously: Excellent written communication skills, producing crisp, executive-ready narratives and materials for senior leaders. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, driving work end-to-end, and landing outcomes across multiple stakeholders
- Stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including senior management, to influence decisions, facilitate actions, resolve conflicts, and drive progress at pace
- Data, analytics, and insight-to-action capability: Strong ability to interpret survey findings and data, translate analysis into practical actions, and communicate insights clearly. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with BI/analytics tools is required
- Governance Support: Experience supporting governance rhythms (e.g., SteerCos, leadership forums, board/committee papers), coordinating inputs and deadlines across stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
