The work spans end-to-end ACH message flows, canonical data model mapping and payment processing with a focus on reusable technical services. You’ll also provide consultancy and support across other ACH scheme markets supported by HSBC running on a mainframe technology stack. Success means changes that are delivered safely and at pace with clear acceptance criteria, strong production operability and improved service performance.
This is a chance to shape how change lands in a complex payments environment where clarity and control matter. You’ll sit close to real production outcomes, influencing solution design, delivery readiness and operational stability. The work has visible impact across Technology, Product and Operations through safer releases, smoother investigations and fewer repeat incidents. If you’re looking to apply deep Automated Clearing House and PEP+ expertise in a role that connects architecture, delivery and day-to-day service this is the opportunity.
