We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of Cross-sell & Early Engagement, Unsecured Lending (Acquisition).
Looking to build the next wave of responsible growth in UK Unsecured Lending using data, creativity and sharp commercial thinking? We’re hiring a senior leader in our Acquisition team to own and accelerate cross-sell performance across Credit Cards and Personal Loans within our current account base, while also shaping early engagement so new-to-card customers activate quickly, spend with confidence and keep HSBC “front of wallet”. You’ll set the strategy and drive delivery at pace—aligning stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Analytics, CRM, Digital, Channels and Risk to translate customer insight into targeted, test-and-learn campaigns that improve conversion, maximise lifetime value and deliver strong customer outcomes.
