The opportunity:
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in providing proactive, high-level administrative and operational support. The role will foster strong stakeholder relationships while helping drive alignment, responsiveness, and operational excellence across the business.
How you'll make an impact:
You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and editing documents, presentations, and reports
You will schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
You will organize and prepare for internal and external meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes, manage travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately and timely.
You will support special projects, research, and data analysis, assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the necessary access and equipment.
You will act as the point of contact for the service team across APAC, managing communications, SCM related support including PR / PO process and office supplies.
You will handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
You will drive HSE compliance by ensuring full training attendance, reporting and following up on all incidents and hazards, leading proactive risk assessments, and building a strong, accountable safety‑reporting culture across the team.
You will champion Zero Harm by modelling and enforcing the highest HSE standards, embedding safety as a non‑negotiable core value, and performing additional duties aligned with Hitachi Energy’s expectations and your qualifications.

Your background
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and external partners.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written communication skills with excellent know-how of making PowerPoint presentations.
