À titre de gestionnaire des ventes, vous contribuerez au développement et à l’exécution de stratégies liées à des projets HVDC de grande envergure. Vous collaborerez avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins et de proposer des solutions adaptées aux exigences des projets. Le rôle comprend l’évaluation de la viabilité des projets selon des perspectives historiques, financières, concurrentielles et de risque, la recommandation de partenaires et de fournisseurs, ainsi que la coordination des équipes de capture pour des opportunités spécifiques. Vous assurerez la mobilisation d’équipes virtuelles de grande taille tout au long de cycles de vente pluriannuels, préparerez les documents requis pour les processus internes de gouvernance et d’approbation, et participerez aux négociations finales de projets de plusieurs millions de dollars. Grâce à l’évaluation d’opportunités complexes et à la coordination des activités de développement de projets, vous contribuerez à l’avancement de projets HVDC soutenant le transport d’énergie et le développement des réseaux électriques.

The Opportunity
As a Sales Manager, you will support the development and execution of strategies for large-scale HVDC projects. You will work with customers to understand their needs and identify solutions that align with project requirements. The role includes evaluating project viability from historical, financial, competitive, and risk perspectives, recommending partners and suppliers, and coordinating capture teams for specific pursuits. You will maintain engagement across large virtual teams during multiyear sales cycles, support internal governance and approval processes, and participate in sales negotiations for multimillion-dollar projects. Through the evaluation of complex opportunities and the coordination of project pursuit activities, you will contribute to the advancement of HVDC projects that support power transmission and grid development.
