You will work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure strong quality standards across processes. In this role, you will help drive improvements, solve complex quality challenges, and contribute to building robust systems that enhance performance.

How you’ll make an impact
You develop and maintain quality assurance processes and systems.
You perform audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
You identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
You analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle.
You lead problem-solving activities using Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D.
You support training on quality standards and best practices.
You manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
You ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001.
You support supplier quality activities, including audits and monitoring.
Your background
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
You bring 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality.
You have strong knowledge of quality management systems.
You are experienced with tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, and 8D.
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You can interpret technical drawings and specifications.
You communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
You are fluent in English.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
