How you’ll make an impact

• You develop and maintain quality assurance processes and systems.

• You perform audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

• You identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.

• You analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• You collaborate with cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle.

• You lead problem-solving activities using Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D.

• You support training on quality standards and best practices.

• You manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• You ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001.

• You support supplier quality activities, including audits and monitoring.
   

Your background

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• You bring 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality.

• You have strong knowledge of quality management systems.

• You are experienced with tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, and 8D.

• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• You can interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• You communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

• You are fluent in English.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
