Working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams, you will help create innovative pricing models, improve pricing governance, and influence strategic decision-making at both regional and global levels.

How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and implement pricing strategies for high voltage products across the Americas region.
Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer value drivers to optimize pricing decisions.
Establish pricing for make-to-stock, configurable, and engineered-to-order product offerings.
Partner with product marketing teams to understand cost structures, product specifications, and market opportunities.
Support pricing governance activities by monitoring pricing recommendations and evaluating pricing exceptions.
Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models, tools, databases, and reporting processes.
Monitor pricing performance, profitability, and revenue impact, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Present pricing performance updates to leadership and lead strategic pricing reviews with product groups.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pricing management, ideally within the high voltage electrical switchgear industry.
Experience pricing configurable and engineered-to-order products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency with pricing and business intelligence tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
