The opportunity
Would you like to gain valuable practical experience in Payroll and Human Resources? In this role, you will support our Payroll team for 12 months with administrative and payroll-related activities while gaining exciting insights into HR processes within a global organization. You will work with sensitive employee data, take ownership of important tasks, and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll operations. At the same time, you will further develop your organizational skills and deepen your understanding of payroll and personnel administration. How you'll make an impact
Process and distribute incoming mail
Manage withholding tax invoices through the myHR ticketing system
Review withholding tax statements against payroll system reports
Prepare and obtain invoice approvals
Verify and manage certificates of residence
Process non-return days and related records
Complete and process disability insurance questionnaires
Support the Payroll and HR team with administrative activities
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee data
Your background
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy
Ability to handle confidential employee data responsibly
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German
Structured, reliable, and self-driven way of working
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
