Hitachi Energy has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer, you will contribute to the execution of the Service strategy and Service growth by focusing on delivering timely, high-quality, cost -effective service offerings, solutions, and projects for customers.
Execute Service work according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other Hitachi Energy teams. Use your initiative and be proactive by identifying new Service business opportunities for Hitachi Energy. You’ll perform service tasks including installation of equipment and routine maintenance and identify technical problems both remotely and on-site in different service categories.
The position can offer a hybrid nature (3 days working in Dublin office) with travel to sites as required.
