L’opportunité
Le/La Responsable des Projets & Services sera chargé(e) de piloter les activités d’exécution de projets et d’appels d’offres pour les projets Haute Tension (HT) et Moyenne Tension (MT) en France. Ce poste a pour objectif d’assurer la réussite des projets clients tout en développant et encadrant les équipes locales d’exploitation et de chiffrage.
Le candidat retenu supervisera l’exécution des projets depuis leur transfert commercial jusqu’à leur clôture, en garantissant le respect des engagements contractuels, des standards qualité, des exigences HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement), des objectifs financiers et des délais de livraison.
Parallèlement, il/elle contribuera à la croissance commerciale en pilotant les activités d’offres et en participant au développement de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires.
Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans le développement du Bureau Projets & Services en France, avec pour ambition à moyen terme de soutenir son évolution vers une Business Unit autonome au sein de la région Europe.

The opportunity
The Project & Service Office Manager will lead project execution and tendering activities for High Voltage and Medium Voltage projects in France. The role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of customer projects while developing and managing the local operations and tendering teams.
The successful candidate will oversee project execution from handover through completion, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial objectives, and delivery schedules. In parallel, the role will support commercial growth by managing tendering activities and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
This position plays a key role in the growth of the French Project & Service Office, with the mid-term ambition of supporting its evolution into a standalone Operating Unit in the European Region.
