Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, scope, risks, and budgets.
Apply Japanese project management standards to ensure quality and compliance.
Track and resolve issues, manage resource planning, and maintain performance goals.
Communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders and internal teams.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and scope changes proactively.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality, technical, and contractual expectations.
Maintain project documentation and reporting.
Extensive experience leading end-to-end software delivery projects for enterprise clients, ensuring successful execution from project initiation through deployment and post-production support.
Proven track record in managing project scope, quality, budget, resources, and schedules while consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software engineering practices, and project delivery methodologies.
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, with solid knowledge and practical experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional, multicultural, and distributed teams.
Fluency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above is strongly preferred.
PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
