Quality Engineer

Join our Isolation & Components Factory and help drive quality excellence across manufacturing and supplier operations. As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure products and processes meet customer expectations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with production, engineering, and supplier quality teams, you will lead improvement initiatives, solve complex quality challenges, and contribute to operational excellence across the value chain. You will play a key role in maintaining quality systems, reducing non-conformities, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

How you'll make an impact

• Drive quality and operational excellence priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Develop, implement, and sustain quality standards for products and manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal procedures.

• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate quality issues and prevent recurrence.

• Monitor production quality performance, analyze quality data, and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce non-conformities.

• Analyze the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and drive initiatives that improve quality performance and optimize costs.

• Initiate and lead quality improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools.

• Conduct system, process, and product audits, ensuring compliance and readiness for certification requirements.

• Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

• Support supplier qualification, evaluation, and development activities to ensure consistent quality standards across the supply chain.

• Train employees on quality tools and methodologies while promoting quality awareness throughout the organization.

Your background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of quality tools, quality systems, and root cause analysis methodologies.

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.

• Experience conducting audits and working with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Power BI.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
