The Order Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders from inception to fulfillment, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the operational goals.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, including order entry, order modifications, and cancellations, using the company's ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle), communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, product availability, and any potential issues or delays.
You will collaborate closely with sales, logistics, production, and finance departments to ensure smooth order flow and resolve any discrepancies or challenges, monitor and track orders through the entire lifecycle, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.
You will prepare and provide various reports related to order status, backlog, and delivery performance to management, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex issues when necessary.
You will maintain accurate customer records and order documentation, participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to order management processes and systems and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 3years of experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing and management is essential. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
