Organize training and knowledge materials - Support preparation of training materials (presentations, user guides, quick reference documents). Help structure content for onboarding and internal knowledge bases (e.g., SharePoint, ADO)
Coordinate meetings and communication - Assist with meeting organization, take structured notes, and summarize next steps. Support consistent communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Standardize ways of working - Apply templates and standards for documentation and reporting. Help improve consistency and quality of documents across projects.
Learn how IT projects are delivered - Gain exposure to project lifecycle, governance, and collaboration between business and IT teams. Understand how structured documentation and PMO practices support successful project delivery.
Learn how IT services are managed - Gain hands-on experience administering Salesforce.com while building a solid foundation of knowledge about the platform and its ecosystem. Contribute to IT service delivery by collaborating with technical support and operations teams, coordinating activities, and monitoring progress. Assist in managing tickets, requests, and communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
