The opportunity
At Hitachi Energy, our success is driven by the dedication and competence of our people. We believe in leaders who focus on developing and empowering their teams while upholding our core values. On this foundation, we are enabling the energy transition by delivering some of the world's most complex and impactful energy infrastructure projects.
Be the proactive leader that unites our Plants, Civil and Digital Engineering team, bridging Electromechanical, Electrical (Station Auxiliary Power), Civil Design (including auxiliary systems), BIM, LCI (Life Cycle Information) and Digital Twin, both internally but also towards external stakeholders. Take the lead in managing scope, cost, and time while guiding the team to the finish line. Tackle exciting challenges together with the multidisciplinary teams, stay ahead of the game, grow in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment and have fun along the journey.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the center of large-scale energy projects, and you will report to Line Manager of Plants Project Management. You will be working with a tender or a project along with an appointed plants team, close to Plants Lead Engineer and Project Engineering Manager, as well as having interactions with all other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
How you will make an impact
Your background
Experience from power systems, substations, HVDC, industrial plants or large infrastructure projects is considered an advantage.
