How you'll make an impact
Perform laboratory testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established quality standards.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
Document and communicate test results with precision while maintaining detailed laboratory records.
Identify non-conformances and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corrective and preventive actions.
Support root cause investigations and contribute to resolving quality-related issues.
Assist in developing, validating, and improving testing methods and laboratory procedures.
Mentor and support laboratory team members by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and manufacturing performance.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
Technical degree or vocational training in Chemistry, Materials Science, Quality Control, or a related scientific discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control laboratory, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Experience operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs, or mechanical testing equipment.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, quality control principles, and continuous improvement practices.
Ability to analyze and interpret data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. English language skills are considered an advantage.
