How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that support business objectives and growth targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
• Prepare and deliver impactful customer presentations, proposals, and solution offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and other teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing colleagues when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines
   

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing within the energy, industrial, or B2B technology sectors.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of the LATAM energy market, including customers, competitors, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience building and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic commercial plans.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
