Support and oversee construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all site works are executed in accordance with contract requirements, quality standards, project schedules, and HSE regulations.
Maintain accurate site documentation, implement approved design changes, and support the development of as-built documentation.
Act as the primary site contact for customers and provide timely resolution and escalation of project-related issues.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and external service providers to ensure efficient site execution.
Lead site activities through customer acceptance, punch-list completion, and final project handover.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy policies, legal requirements, and customer standards.

Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction, commissioning, or site supervision, preferably within HV/EHV substation projects.
Experience in transmission, distribution, AIS/GIS substations, or other power infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Good understanding of construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities within the power or utilities sector.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and working within multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout Greece and Cyprus; fulfilment of military service obligations where applicable.
