Are you passionate about leading technical teams, improving equipment reliability, and creating a culture of safety and continuous improvement? Hitachi Energy is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations on our Weekend Night Shift (Friday - Sunday 4:30PM - 5AM) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals responsible for supporting critical production and facility equipment. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence by coordinating maintenance activities, optimizing equipment performance, and developing strategies that improve productivity, quality, and safety. You will partner closely with operations, engineering, quality, and safety teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance initiatives and long-term reliability improvements.

How you'll make an impact
Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and safety teams to prioritize work and deliver business objectives.
Drive rapid problem-solving efforts and implement sustainable corrective actions to improve equipment performance.
Promote a safe and compliant work environment through training, audits, and adherence to established procedures.
Monitor maintenance performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve reliability, cost, and asset utilization.
Support budgeting, labor planning, inventory management, and capital improvement initiatives.
Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, succession planning, and career development activities.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
Previous supervisory, team leadership, or people management experience.
Experience supporting high-performing teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across shifts and support occasional weekend operations as needed.
