Job Description:
The opportunity:
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and timely delivery of products. You will play a key role in balancing production capacity with demand, minimizing bottlenecks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facility.
How do you make impact:
You will develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, customer orders, material availability, and capacity.
You will optimize production sequencing and resource allocation using planning and scheduling tools.
You will monitor schedule adherence, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to align production plans and priorities.
You will analyze production data to improve efficiency, lead times, and resource utilization.
You will support capacity planning and demand forecasting to meet future production requirements.
You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling accuracy, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
You will support new product introductions and prepare reports on production performance, schedule adherence, and inventory levels.

Your background:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in production planning/scheduling within manufacturing; energy or heavy industry preferred.
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and APS software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies and Vietnamese language skills are advantageous.
