The opportunity
Do you thrive in a role where structure, service, and coordination help teams perform at their best? Are you someone who enjoys supporting others, keeping track of many moving parts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? Then this could be your next opportunity.
We are now looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant to support the Service organization within Power Quality in Västerås. While belonging to the Service function, the role also provides administrative and coordination support to several smaller teams and functions across the organization.
In this role, you will act as a trusted point of contact for managers, employees, consultants, and external stakeholders, playing a key role in enabling efficient daily operations. A significant part of the assignment is to provide close support to the Service Manager, including calendar management, travel and expense administration, meeting and workshop coordination, and various executive support activities in both a local and global context.
You will be involved in a wide range of administrative and coordination activities, acting as a central link between people, processes, and systems. The role requires a high degree of structure, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent service and confidentiality.
We offer you a varied and responsible role in a collaborative environment, with close interaction across the organization and great opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
We are interested to learn more about you and what you can contribute with—so don't hesitate to apply even if you don't meet all requirements.
