5. Drive closure of non-conformities, CAPA effectiveness, and continual improvement
6. Integrate Sustainability & ESG initiatives into business operations:

8. Carbon footprint reduction initiatives
9. Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and corporate sustainability requirements
10. Deliver strategic initiatives assigned by top management (e.g., sustainability commitments, net-zero roadmap)
