The opportunity
Join our Grid Automation business and help shape the future of energy distribution.
You will be part of a global team that delivers advanced solutions to improve the reliability and efficiency of power grids.
In this role, you will support the design and development of Distribution Automation solutions. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and customers across the LAM region. You will apply your technical expertise to create innovative solutions using technologies such as IEDs, RTUs, wireless systems, and SCADA.

How you’ll make an impact
You design high-quality distribution automation solutions for digital grids.
You support early-stage opportunities with technical expertise and consultancy.
You present solution concepts and lead proof-of-concept activities.
You translate customer requirements into technical solution proposals.
You identify gaps and provide clarifications to meet customer needs.
You collaborate with sales, partners, and product teams globally.
You support bid decisions and participate in risk review processes.
You deliver technical presentations, demos, and training sessions.
You ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
You promote continuous improvement and share best practices.
Your background
You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
You have 5–10 years of experience in distribution networks or automation.
You have experience with protection relays, RTUs, wireless, or SCADA systems.
You understand protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, or IEC 104.
You have experience designing integrated automation solutions.
You demonstrate strong communication and customer-facing skills.
You are fluent in English.
You are available to travel up to 20% within the LAM region.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
